CRMKONING

CRMKONING accesses certain Google user data with your explicit consent. The types of data depend on how you use the application.

We may access the following Google data:

- Basic profile information (name, email address, Google account ID)

- Google Calendar events (title, time, attendees, description)

- Google Contacts (names, email addresses, phone numbers, contact metadata)

- Gmail metadata (subject, sender, recipient, timestamps — not message bodies or attachments)

- Google Drive file metadata when required for CRM functionality

CRMKONING only uses the Google data you authorize.

The data is used solely to provide the core CRM functionality.

Examples include:

- Syncing contacts between CRMKONING and your Google Contacts

- Displaying and managing Google Calendar events within the app

- Using Gmail metadata to link emails to clients

- Accessing Drive metadata to attach or locate files for CRM entries

- Verifying your connected Google account using basic profile info

We do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

We do not sell or trade your data with third parties.

Your Google user data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own use.

We only share data with trusted service providers who help operate CRMKONING, such as hosting or logging services.

These service providers act under strict confidentiality and security agreements.

We may disclose data only when required by law or valid legal process.

All transmitted data is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access and industry-standard security policies.

We follow best practices around encryption, access control, and monitoring.

No storage method is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

We retain your data as long as your CRMKONING account is active or needed to provide the service.

If you disconnect your Google account, CRMKONING immediately stops accessing new Google data.

Previously synchronized data may remain available unless you request its deletion.

You can request full deletion at any time by emailing info@socialsync.nl.

Upon request, we delete or anonymize your data unless legally required to retain it.

CRMKONING may integrate with external services. Each external service has its own privacy policy.

We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any services you choose to integrate.

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data.

You may revoke CRMKONING’s access to your Google account at any time via the Google Account Security page under “Third-party access”.

We may update this privacy policy when necessary.

All updates will appear on this page with a revised date.

We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
