Data We Collect

CRMKONING accesses certain Google and Meta (WhatsApp) user data with your explicit consent. The types of data depend on how you use the application.

We may access the following data:

- Basic profile information (name, email address, Google account ID)

- Google Calendar events, Contacts, and Gmail metadata

- WhatsApp Business data: phone numbers, profile names, and message content (text) from incoming and outgoing messages.

- Meta Business Account IDs (WABA ID) and Phone Number IDs required for the Cloud API integration.

How We Use Your Data

CRMKONING only uses the data you authorize to provide core CRM and communication functionality.

Examples include:

- Syncing contacts and managing calendar events.

- Facilitating WhatsApp communication through our AI-driven Lead Agent.

- Processing incoming WhatsApp messages to provide automated responses and lead qualification.

- Storing chat history within your specific tenant database to provide a conversation overview in your CRM dashboard.

We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or unauthorized marketing.

We do not sell or trade your data with third parties.

Data Sharing & AI Processing

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing use.

To provide AI-driven responses, message content may be processed via secure AI service providers (such as OpenAI). This data is processed through an API and is not used to train global AI models.

We only share data with trusted service providers who help operate CRMKONING, such as hosting or encrypted logging services, under strict confidentiality agreements.

We may disclose data only when required by law or valid legal process.

Data Storage & Protection

All transmitted data is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.

CRMKONING uses a multi-tenant architecture where your data (including WhatsApp messages and leads) is stored in a dedicated, secure database isolated from other users.

Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access and industry-standard security policies.

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as your CRMKONING account is active.

If you disconnect your Google or WhatsApp account, CRMKONING immediately stops accessing new data from those services.

You can request full deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing info@socialsync.nl.

Third-Party Services

CRMKONING integrates with Google Cloud and Meta WhatsApp Cloud API. Each service has its own privacy policy.

We encourage you to review the Meta Privacy Policy and WhatsApp Business Terms of Service.

User Rights

Depending on your region, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data.

You may revoke access to your Google account or WhatsApp Business account via your CRM settings or the respective platform’s security pages at any time.
